This document outlines the Refund Policy governing your access to and use of Beauterna’s platform and services.

This Refund Policy outlines the rules regarding payments, cancellations, and rescheduling for bookings made through Beauterna.

1. NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made through Beauterna are final and strictly non-refundable, regardless of reason.

2. CANCELLATIONS BY USER

Cancellations will not result in any refund, credit, or reversal once a booking has been confirmed.

3. RESCHEDULING

Users may request rescheduling, subject to the following conditions:
- Clinic approval
- Availability of new slot
- No guarantee that a new schedule will be provided

4. NO-SHOWS

Failure to attend your scheduled appointment will result in no refund and no reschedule, unless the clinic voluntarily allows a new slot.

5. CLINIC-INITIATED CHANGES

If the clinic changes the appointment schedule, they must provide a new available slot.
If the user declines all available options, Beauterna may assist in transferring the booking to another clinic, but no refund will apply.

6. CHARGEBACK POLICY

Unauthorized chargebacks violate our Terms and Conditions. Beauterna reserves the right to dispute chargebacks and/or take necessary legal action.
