Governing Law: Republic of the Philippines


Welcome to Beauterna. By accessing, downloading, registering, or using the Beauterna mobile application, website, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.


Beauterna is operated by Beauterna (PH) (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. NATURE OF SERVICE

Beauterna is a digital marketplace that connects users with independent, verified clinics, doctors, and aesthetic providers. Beauterna is not a clinic, hospital, or medical provider, and does not perform medical treatments or give medical advice.


All treatments, procedures, risks, and outcomes are the full responsibility of the respective clinic and practitioner.

2. ELIGIBILITY

You must be:

- At least 18 years old to use or book through the Platform.

- Legally capable of entering binding agreements.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You agree to:

- Provide accurate information

- Maintain the confidentiality of your login

- Be responsible for all activity under your account


Beauterna reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. BOOKINGS & UPFRONT PAYMENT

All bookings are paid in advance through the Beauterna Platform. A booking is considered “confirmed” only after successful payment.


Beauterna does not allow pay-at-clinic transactions, to ensure authenticity, accountability, and verified booking schedules.

5. STRICT NO-REFUND POLICY

All payments are final and strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

- Change of mind

- Personal schedule conflict

- Patient dissatisfaction

- Failure to appear

- Voluntary cancellation


Once a booking is confirmed, the clinic prepares materials, staff, and medical time in advance — therefore no refunds, reversals, chargebacks, or credits will be granted.


Rescheduling may be requested, subject to clinic approval and availability, but is not guaranteed.

6. CLINIC RESPONSIBILITY & MEDICAL LIABILITY

All aesthetic services are performed solely by independent clinics and licensed practitioners. By using Beauterna, you acknowledge that:

- Beauterna does not control, supervise, or guarantee medical decisions, techniques, or outcomes

- Beauterna is not responsible for side effects, dissatisfaction, complications, malpractice, or adverse results

- All medical consent, waivers, and final instructions are between you and the clinic/doctor


For medical emergencies, contact your clinic or local emergency services immediately.

7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Results may vary per individual. Beauterna does not guarantee beauty, aesthetic, or medical outcomes.

8. USER OBLIGATIONS

You agree not to:

- Abuse or harass clinics, staff, or support personnel

- Book fraudulent or speculative appointments

- Upload false documents or information

- Use the Platform for illegal purposes

9. PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

Unauthorized chargebacks through banks or gateways are a breach of these Terms. Beauterna reserves the right to:

- Dispute chargebacks

- Suspend your account

- Take legal action for losses, if necessary

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, branding, content, designs, and software on Beauterna are the intellectual property of Beauterna and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without written permission.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, Beauterna (including its founders, officers, employees, and agents) shall not be liable for:

- Medical issues, injuries, negligence, or malpractice by clinics

- Losses arising from user decisions, treatment results, or clinic actions

- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

12. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold Beauterna harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, legal fees, or losses arising from:

- Your misuse of the Platform

- Violations of these Terms

- Disputes with clinics or third parties

13. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be resolved through:

1. Negotiation, then

2. Arbitration in the Philippines, under Philippine dispute rules

14. TERMINATION

Beauterna reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate policies, abuse the system, or engage in fraud.

15. MODIFICATION OF TERMS

Beauterna may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
